How do i access the workouts?My workouts (and meal plans) can be accessed via my website at alexia-clark.com. You’ll need to log in before you can access the members area where you’ll find each day’s workout.

How long are the workouts?There is a shorter and longer option for each workout so that you can choose either a 25-30 minute options, or 50-60 minute option.

What equipment do i need?Do not worry about it. I will provide you with everything you need for my classes.
